LynFit Complete Protein. A delicious, quick and easy way to provide my body what it needs. Great for in the morning and on-the-go. When I need to get that next meal, have energy, and keep my blood sugar stable - it's a winner! I'll put the protein powder in a shaker cup, take it with me, add water and voila...it does the trick!

Did you encounter any obstacles? If so, how did you overcome them?
Yes. I focus on progress, not perfection and put into practice everything I've learned from Lisa...she's a wealth of knowledge, up to date on the latest research, cares, and most importantly, incorporates her faith in God in all she does! She's a jewel!!!

What did you do during the first two weeks of LynFit that helped you stick to the plan?
Take all the supplements and follow her nutrient partitioning idea, with helpful tips such as a green apple at 3:00, sipping on green tea, water...and not to mention eating her scrumptious Lynfit Lean Bars.
